Appointments
We are accepting new patients. Same day and emergency appointments are available.  Requesting an appointment is a simple process via our Web site.  If, for some reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. We appreciate at least a 24 hour notice to cancel or change an appointment.

Insurance
Our office accepts a variety of HMOs, PPOs, and other health plans. Please call our office to verify acceptance of your insurance carrier.

*Reminder *It is the patient's responsible to know what their insurance covers, how much their copay is, and whether a referral is needed for services.

Payment Options

We have the most technologically advanced practice in the area. We have a paperless office utilizing electronic medical records. We use in office Digital X-Rays from Reina. We offer a wide variety of diabetic footware with samples in the office. Many hard to find footcare products are available in the office such as Powerstep orthotics, TineaCide, RevitaDerm,Biofreeze, Dr. Jill's Footpads, and Diabetic Socks. Custom orthotics using the latest in digital scanning technology from Pedalign.
